Vineyards

The vineyards at Jubilee include 20 acres of French and Italian vinifera. In 2002 Mark "Sharkie" O'Brien joined the Jubilee team and for five years oversaw the installation of the pilot vineyard of red grapes. In 2007 Tucker Grube-O'Brien began as vineyard manager and added our first whites to the mix. In 2009 we produced small batches of experimental wines and in 2010 we produced our first 4,200 cases. We purchase grapes from General's Ridge Vineyard in VA and are keen for their petit manseng, petit verdot and chardonel. (4200 link to Juvilee Vineyards hyperlink page 2010 vintage of 14 new wines).
